The State Archives of the Vitebsk Region has prepared a virtual document exhibition, «Many Springs Have Passed Since Then…», dedicated to the International Chernobyl Disaster Remembrance Day and the medical liquidators

The exhibition, «Many Springs Have Passed Since Then…», features documents from the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee and the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee’s Health Department on the participation of medical workers in the liquidation of the consequences of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant accident, materials on the general environmental situation in the Vitebsk Region after the accident and radiation protection measures, information on the Vitebsk Region’s participation in comprehensive programs to improve the health of the population affected by the accident, and materials on media coverage of the Chernobyl disaster.
