On Awarding BelNIIDAD Director A.E.Rybakov with the VNIIDAD Certificate of Honor

On April 15, 2026, at a meeting of the BelNIIDAD Directorate, A.E.Rybakov, Director of the Institute and Candidate of Historical Sciences, was presented with the Certificate of Honor of the Federal Budgetary Institution «All-Russian Research Institute of Document Science and Archival Affairs». The Certificate of Honor was awarded for active collaboration with VNIIDAD and his significant personal contribution to promoting the scientific information and analytical journal «Vestnik VNIIDAD» in Russian scientometric databases.

On behalf of his Russian colleagues, the Certificate of Honor was presented by S.S.Mishuk, Deputy Director for Research.

The BelNIIDAD staff congratulated their director on the award, who, in turn, noted that it reflects the work of every employee of the institute.
