On the Participation of the Deputy Director of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus in the 25th International Scientific Conference «Belarus and Germany: History and Modernity»

On April 3, 2026, the 25th Anniversary International Scientific Conference «Belarus and Germany: History and Modernity» was held at the Belarusian State University of Foreign Languages. This forum brought together leading experts on the history of World War II from Belarus and abroad, becoming one of the central academic venues on this topic in the Republic of Belarus.

Deputy Director of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter NARB), PhD in History S.V.Kulinok, read a congratulatory address from the NARB leadership, presented a Certificate of Gratitude from the NARB to A.G.Tsymbal, Head of the Department of History and Social Sciences, and donated the archive’s publications to the university library.

S.V.Kulinok also moderated one of the conference sessions and presented a paper on «Nazi Propaganda in Belarus: A Review of Historiography and Sources».
