Seminar for Heads of Departments of the Lida District Executive Committee

On March 23, 2026, S.G.Svirko, Director of the Zonal State Archives in Lida, held a seminar at the Lida District Executive Committee for the heads of the district executive committee’s departments that are the sources of the archive’s acquisitions. The seminar focused on the creation of electronic documents and the formation of electronic files, scientific and technical processing of documents, and the elimination of the backlog of permanently stored documents with expired temporary storage periods accepted by the Zonal State Archives in Lida. Following the seminar, Director S.G.Svirko and A.Yu.Lavrukevich, Head of the Department of Records Management, Formation of the National Archives, and Document Management, provided individual consultations.
