Presentation of the publication «Women in the Partisan Movement of Belarus» by the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus at the XXXIII International Minsk Book Fair

On March 22, 2026, the presentation of the latest popular science publication from the «Partisan Archive» series, «Women in the Partisan Movement of Belarus» (compiled by U.A.Kolobaeva, print run of 1,500 copies), took place at the XXXIII Minsk Book Fair. This is the second edition of the book, which was dedicated to the Year of Belarusian Women.

A.A.Sadovskaya, Head of the Advertising Department of the Republican Unitary Enterprise «Belarus Publishing House», noted the close collaboration between the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter NARB) and the publishing house.

NARB Deputy Director, PhD in History, S.V.Kulinok, spoke about the implementation of the «Partisan Archive» project, which was launched in 2024. The speaker also discussed in detail a publication dedicated to female partisans. S.V.Kulinok described the publication’s structure and cited the most striking and interesting examples of combat biographies of partisans.
