On March 22, 2026, in the lead-up to the 83rd anniversary of the Khatyn tragedy, representatives of the Department of Archives and Records Management, led by Director O.L.Voinov, participated in a commemorative event at the Khatyn Memorial Complex as part of a delegation from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus.

Representatives of the Department and heads of national archival institutions laid flowers at the Eternal Flame and observed a moment of silence in honor of the victims.
