On the Seventh Archival Lesson Held at the National Historical Archives of Belarus in Grodno as Part of the «Archives for School» National Campaign and the «Young Archivist» Pilot Project
On March 20, 2026, as part of the «Archives for School» national campaign and the «Young Archivist» pilot project, the seventh archival lesson, «Reliable Facts in Archival Documents», was held at the National Historical Archives of Belarus in Grodno for students of Class 10A, specializing in the «Young Prosecutor» legal program, at V.D.Sokolovsky Secondary School No.28 in Grodno. Using the birth records of Yanka Kupala, the marriage of Eduard Ozheshko, and the death of Nikolai Orda as examples, students learned how records were kept in parish registers. By examining photocopies of archival documents, visitors uncovered a number of interesting facts about the lives of these historical figures.
