Participation of the Belarusian State Archives and Museum of Literature and Art (BSAMLI) in the Second Plenum of the Minsk City Committee of the Trade Union of Employees of State and Other Institutions

On March 19, 2026, Marina Alekseyevna Filimontseva, Chair of the Primary Trade Union of the Belarusian State Archives and Museum of Literature and Art (hereinafter referred to as BSAMLI), participated in the Second Plenum of the Minsk City Committee of the Belarusian Trade Union of Employees of State and Other Institutions.

During the meeting, participants thoroughly analyzed the activities of the Minsk City Committee in 2025 and identified key objectives for 2026.

A highlight of the Plenum was the honoring of the trade union activists. M.A. Filimontseva, Chair of the BGAMLI primary trade union, received a commendation from the Minsk City Organization of the Belarusian Trade Union of Employees of State and Other Institutions for her initiative, responsible approach to work, active participation in the life of the primary trade union organization, and strengthening the image of the industry trade union.

The Plenum reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening social protection for workers in the industry, improving information efforts, and enhancing the role of primary organizations in implementing collective bargaining agreements.
