Molodechno archivists held a seminar on archival storage at the Molodechno District Capital Construction Department

Employees of the Molodechno State Archives visited the Municipal Subsidiary Unitary Enterprise «Molodechno District Capital Construction Department» to conduct a seminar on «Drafting Local Legal Acts. Preparing Documents for Permanent Storage in the State Archives».

During the seminar, archivists and employees discussed current issues related to the revision and rewriting of local legal acts (LLAs) in light of recent legislative changes. Representatives of the Molodechno District Capital Construction Department received recommendations for optimizing document management, including the need to organize documents in the departmental archive by department and document type. Particular attention was paid to the procedure for transferring documents for permanent storage in the state archive.

Archivists emphasized the importance of properly preparing files to ensure their preservation and accessibility for future generations.
