On February 18, 2026, a reporting and election meeting of the primary trade union organization was held at the State Archives of the Minsk Region

The meeting summarized the work of the trade union committee for 2025. Milana Ruslanovna Ergasheva, secretary of the primary trade union organization, delivered the keynote address. Based on the report, the work of the primary trade union organization was deemed satisfactory.

An important item on the meeting’s agenda was the election of the chairperson, members of the trade union committee, and the audit commission. Tatyana Olegovna Sachek was unanimously elected chairperson of the primary trade union organization for the next five years.
