A class for students of the Mogilev State College of Arts as part of the «Young Archivist» project

As part of the «Young Archivist» project, the State Archives of the Mogilev Region held a class for first-year students majoring in «Acting» at the Mogilev State College of Arts.

During the class, archive staff introduced the students to the rules of the reading room, the composition and content of archive documents, the use of scientific reference tools for document searches, and demonstrated the process of restoring archival documents.

The students viewed documentary and banner exhibitions created using archival documents and visited the archive storage facility, where they were able to see firsthand the current document storage conditions.

The class concluded with practical application of the acquired knowledge and a discussion of the issues that arose.
