Staff from the Records Management and National Archival Collection Development Department of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus participated in a seminar for agencies, departments, and organizations of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus

On December 11, 2025, Tatyana Anatolyevna Shevchenko, Head of the Records Management and National Archival Collection Development Department of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus, presented a report on «Working with Electronic Documents and Organizing the Storage of Electronic Documents» at the State Educational Institution «Civil Defense University of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus».

In her presentation, Tatyana Anatolyevna focused on the key issues arising when working with electronic documents and discussed the preparation of electronic documents for archival storage. Following the seminar, participants exchanged views. Lyubov Nikolaevna Signevich, an employee of the National Archival Fund’s records management and development department, and Rita Vasilievna Romanenkova (curator) also participated in the discussion of issues raised by representatives of agencies, departments, and organizations within the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
