A Director Has Been Appointed to the Central Laboratory

On November 21, 2025, a ceremony was held at the Central Laboratory for Document Preservation of the National Archival Fund of the Republic of Belarus to appoint a new director. Sergei Ilyich Mezga, who had served as Deputy Director of the same organization for over six years, was appointed.

Oleg Leonidovich Voinov, Director of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus, introduced the new director to the staff. Oleg Leonidovich noted Mezga’s high professionalism and expressed confidence that his extensive experience and deep knowledge will contribute to the dynamic development of the Central Laboratory and the effective resolution of its tasks.

The institution’s staff warmly congratulates Sergei Ilyich on his appointment and looks forward to fruitful cooperation in the name of preserving the historical and documentary heritage of our country.
