On the participation of the State Archives of the Gomel Region in a dialogue platform dedicated to October Revolution Day

On November 10, 2025, a dialogue platform dedicated to the national holiday, October Revolution Day, was held at the V.I.Lenin Regional Universal Library.

The dialogue platform was opened by Inna Gubar, First Secretary of the Regional Organization of the Communist Party of Belarus, and Yuri Shestopalov, First Secretary of the City Organization and Director of the State Archives of the Gomel Region.

The dialogue focused on the significance of the revolution, thanks to which the peoples of the former Russian Empire gained freedom and independence, overcame illiteracy and poverty, and became masters of their own destinies.

Historian experts from the F.Skorina Gomel University also addressed the assembled group of workers and students.
