Valery Malashko met with the staff of the State Archives of the Mogilev Region

A meeting with Valery Anatolyevich Malashko, Chairman of the Standing Committee on Healthcare, Physical Culture, Family, and Youth Policy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, took place today at the State Archives of the Mogilev Region.

The meeting was attended by Andrei Mikhailovich Stolyarov, Head of the Main Justice Department of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee, and Elena Nikolaevna Kudryavtseva, leading specialist.

The discussion focused on social policy, the domestic economy, security, and stabilizing the domestic situation in the country. They also touched on economic cooperation with the Russian Federation and the general political situation globally.

The meeting addressed key issues of family support, including state assistance measures at various stages and the importance of family capital. Particular emphasis was placed on social support efforts for families in the Mogilev Region. The importance of consistently upholding traditional values, especially when it comes to raising children, was also discussed. Those present had the opportunity to ask questions and receive answers firsthand.

Svetlana Leonidovna Sharaeva, director of the archive, gave Valery Anatolyevich a tour of the archive storage facility, the document digitization section, and the archive’s reading room. A banner exhibition, «Looking Back to the Past», was presented, along with a display of the most interesting documents from the archive’s collections.
