Participation of the Zonal State Archives in Rechitsa in the 23rd Archival Readings

On October 16, 2025, the 23rd Archival Readings, «Cooperation in Preserving Social Memory», were held at the Belarusian State Archives-Museum of Literature and Art. The event featured staff from archives, museums, and universities across the Republic of Belarus.

S.A.Zharnosenko, a leading archaeologist in the Department of Information and Document Use, represented the Zonal State Archives in Rechitsa. During Section 2, «Archival Materials in the Study of Belarusian Historical Heritage», Sergei Aleksandrovich presented a paper on the topic «A World You Want to Visit», in which he spoke about the creator of the archive’s collection, the world-renowned Rechitsa artist E.E.Shetikhin, in honor of his 65th birthday. The audience was shown documents about Yevgeny Eduardovich from the Rechitsa State Archives, reflecting his life and career.
