On a training seminar for employees of city, district, and primary organizations of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union

Anna Sergeevna Sakovich, Lead Archivist of the Information, Publication, Document Use, and Formation Department of the State Archive of Public Associations of the Mogilev Region, held a training seminar on October 7, 2025, at the Mogilev State Regional Institute for Education Development, for first secretaries and teacher-organizers of city, district, and primary organizations of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union. The seminar covered the following topics:

– study of the state of records management in organizations that are sources of staffing;

– compilation of a nomenclature of organizational files;

– new instructions for records management in organizations that are sources of staffing;

– instructions on the procedure for creating, maintaining, and storing employee personal files;

– providing methodological assistance on the (correct) formation and registration of permanent, temporary (up to 10 years), and personnel files.
