On the holding of a ceremonial meeting dedicated to Archivist’s Day at the National Historical Archives of Belarus in Grodno

On October 6, 2025, the National Historical Archives of Belarus in Grodno celebrated Archivist’s Day. On this occasion, a ceremonial meeting of the staff was held, at which Archive Director A.B.Venskovich sincerely congratulated the archive’s employees on their professional holiday.

For their conscientious work, several employees were awarded Certificates of Honor and Letters of Gratitude from the Director of the National Historical Archives of Belarus in Grodno. The meeting was attended by N.N.Zmitrevich, Senior Prosecutor of the Department for Supervision of Legislation Enforcement of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus for the Grodno Region, Justice Advisor, who congratulated the archivists on the holiday, noting the archive’s effective collaboration and active participation in preserving the historical memory of the heroic past of the Belarusian people during the Great Patriotic War and its effective assistance to the prosecutor’s office in investigating criminal cases involving Nazi genocide against civilians in the Grodno Region.
