Working Meeting at the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus

On September 29, 2025, a working meeting was held at the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus between Oleg Leonidovich Voinov, Director of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus, and Roman Sergeyevich Taraborin, Head of the Archives Department of the Sverdlovsk Region of the Russian Federation.

At the meeting, the progress of the Joint Action Plan for the Development of Cooperation between Archival Institutions of the Republic of Belarus and the Sverdlovsk Region of the Russian Federation (2025–2027) was discussed.

The parties noted the high level of effectiveness of these activities and discussed future prospects for cooperation.

At the meeting, the heads of the departments signed a roadmap for 2026, as well as the program for a roundtable discussion on «Organization of Remote Access to Archival Documents and Reference Tools for Them in the Internet Information and Telecommunications Network», scheduled for November 26, 2025.
