The III International Scientific and Practical Conference «Mstislav Region: Historical and Cultural Heritage of the Region. The 890th Anniversary of Mstislav» is being held at the State Educational Institution «Mstislav Gymnasium» from September 25-26, 2025.

Aleksandr Petukhov, Lead Archivist of the Department of Scientific Use of Documents and Information at the State Archives of the Mogilev Region, participated in the online conference. During the session of the «Most Slavic Land in the 20th Century» section, he presented a paper on the topic: «The birth of the Mstskilstvo in 1923».
