Knowledge Day at the Minsk State College of Printing named after V.Z.Khoruzhaya

On September 1, as part of the events of the republican campaign «Archives for School», representatives of the state institution «Central Laboratory for Ensuring the Preservation of Documents of the National Archival Fund of the Republic of Belarus», as honorary guests, took part in a ceremonial event dedicated to Knowledge Day at the educational institution «Minsk State College of Printing named after V.Z.Khoruzhaya».

After the completion of the ceremonial part, the deputy director of the laboratory S.I.Mezga took part in an open lesson on the topic «Relay of Generations: Preserving the Past, Creating the Future».

The key moment of the meeting was the replenishment of the college library fund with a unique publication – the book «Ivan Fedorov and Francysk Skaryna. Opening a New World..».. This is part of a large-scale publishing project «Library of the Union State», which tells about national educators and significant historical events.

Participation in such events clearly demonstrates the importance of cooperation between archival and educational institutions. Such partnership plays a key role in preserving and popularizing the historical and cultural heritage of Belarus for future generations.
