Tour of the Rechitsa State Archives for students of Secondary School No.7 in Rechitsa

On August 25, 2025, as part of the «Archives for School» campaign and the «Young Archivist» pilot project, students of Secondary School No.7 in Rechitsa visited the Zonal State Archives in Rechitsa while attending the «Verasok» labor and recreation camp.

In order to get acquainted with the history of the archive, a tour of the archive was held for the children. They learned what documents the Rechitsa State Archives stores and how the work of archivists benefits society.

In the reading room of the archive, the schoolchildren were shown a documentary film by the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents «The History of the Great Victory», prepared in honor of the 80th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945.
