On August 1, 2025, a ceremonial meeting of the staff was held at the Belarusian Center for Digitalization of Archival Activities, dedicated to the arrival of young specialists who graduated from secondary specialized and higher educational institutions this year to work at the Center

The Director of the Center D.V.Shabrov introduced the young specialists who were assigned to work at our Center to the team. In total, seven young specialists joined our workforce, three of whom had already worked at the Center while still senior students at their educational institutions, and for four of them, our Center was the first place of work according to the assignment.

Denis Valentinovich told the young specialists about their new place of work, the main areas of work of the Center, its history and prospects. Also, mentors were assigned to the young specialists – heads of departments in which they will work.

According to the tradition that is being born right before our eyes and, we hope, will continue in the future, young specialists were presented with memorable congratulatory addresses in honor of the start of their work as certified specialists, branded notebooks with the Center’s logo, as well as trade union cards – tickets to working life with all the social guarantees provided for by the collective agreement in force at the Center.
