On holding a thematic lesson «Echo of the War Years» with students of the State Educational Institution «Secondary School No.8»

On June 26, 2025, the employees of the institution «Zonal State Archive in Mozyr» organized a thematic event «Echo of the War Years» on the basis of the state educational institution «Secondary School No.8 in Mozyr». As part of this event, the pupils of the labor and recreation camp took part in the quiz «Everything about the Great Patriotic War».

After the event, the children were shown the premiere of the documentary film «History of the Great Victory», prepared by the institution «Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents» for the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War, before the screening of which archivist Suponenko Yu.M. acquainted them with information about how the film was created, what main stages of the Great Patriotic War are shown in it.
