BGAMLI at Galina Shablinskaya’s «Creative Evening»

On June 12, 2025, on the First National Channel of Belarusian Radio, in the cultural and educational author’s program «Creative Evening» by Galina Shablinskaya, dedicated to the 65th anniversary of the Belarusian State Archive-Museum of Literature and Art (hereinafter referred to as BGAMLI), E.A.Makarenko, director of the archive-museum, M.I.Pyshinskaya, head of the department of archives of organizations and formation of the National Archival Fund, T.V.Kekeleva, leading archivist, and D.S.Samokhvalov, leading researcher of the department of information, publication and use of documents, took part.

E.A.Makarenko and T.V.Kekeleva told about the history of BGAMLI. M.I.Pyshinskaya shared her experience of working with archives of personal origin of famous Belarusian figures of culture and art. The participants also discussed the role of archives in the culture and life of modern society, the specifics of the work of BGAMLI, connections with other archival and cultural institutions, and the prospects for using artificial intelligence in the work of an archivist.
