Theatre master class at BGAMLI on the eve of International Museum Day

On May 16, 2025, a theatre master class for students of grades 8-10 of the State Educational Institution «Secondary School No.27 of Minsk» was held at the Belarusian State Archives and Museum of Literature and Arts (hereinafter referred to as BGAMLI) on the eve of International Museum Day.

The event was conducted by leading archivist Lyubov Dudarevich, who has a director’s education and acting skills. Participants of the master class mastered breathing techniques and special exercises for speech development. Schoolchildren learned about the importance of correct diaphragmatic breathing for voice expressiveness, worked out various articulation exercises, practiced reading tongue twisters and tried their hand at improvisation.

The master class was held in a warm and creative atmosphere. Students completed tasks and asked questions with great enthusiasm. The theatrical master class allowed BGAMLI to go beyond traditional museum formats and offer young people a new way of learning about culture through active participation in the creative process.
