On the participation of the State Archives of the Brest Region in the unified information day at the Brest State University named after A.S.Pushkin

On April 24, 2025, the State Archives of the Brest Region took part in the unified information day «The Feat of the People to Live for Centuries» at the Brest State University named after A.S.Pushkin.

The event was opened by the rector of the university, Yuri Golubev.

A banner exhibition of archival documents prepared by the archive, «There was a war… There was a victory!», was presented to teachers and students. The director of the archive, Anna Karapuzova, told those present about the documents presented at the exhibition.

As part of the event, a film screening of the documentaries «On the 80th Anniversary of the Liberation of Brest from the Nazi Invaders» and «The History of the Great Victory» prepared by the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents was organized.

Before the screening, the leading archivist of the department of use and publication of documents, Veronika Krishchenko, told those present about the creation of the films.
