On the organization of the screening of the documentary film «The History of the Great Victory»

On April 21, 2025, employees of the institution «Zonal State Archive in Mozyr» organized a screening of the documentary film «The History of the Great Victory», dedicated to the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the Republic of Belarus from the Nazi invaders and the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War. The film for the anniversary date was created by the institution «Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents».

Before the screening, the employees of the archival institution were familiarized with the history of the creation of the film. Archivist Yu. M. Suponenko spoke about the main stages of the Great Patriotic War shown in the film, excerpts from which documentaries were used by the authors in preparing the film, as well as who directly worked on its creation.
