Participation of BGAML in the training courses «Activities of trade union organizations in modern conditions»

On April 18, 2025, the chairperson of the primary trade union organization of the Belarusian State Archive-Museum of Literature and Art Marina Alekseevna Filimontseva completed training in the courses for chairpersons of primary trade union organizations of the Belarusian Trade Union of Workers of State and Other Institutions of Minsk under the program «Activities of trade union organizations in modern conditions».

The classes discussed current issues of the powers and obligations of trade unions under the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, office work in trade union organizations, compliance with financial discipline, and discussed the intricacies of concluding collective agreements. Much attention was paid to working with the Telegram messenger, posting publications, stories, and working with chatbots.
