On the screening of the film «The History of the Great Victory» by the staff of the institution «Zonal State Archive in Orsha» in secondary education institutions of the Orsha region

On April 17-18, 2025, the institution «Zonal State Archive in Orsha» in the state educational institutions «Secondary School No.16 of Orsha» and «Secondary School No.8 of Orsha» for students of grades 7 and 11 organized a screening of the documentary film «The History of the Great Victory» (lasting 20 minutes 46 seconds), created for the 80th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War by the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents with the support of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus.

Before the screening, the leading archivist of the State Archive in Orsha Yu.I.Gryadovka told the children about the main events of the Great Patriotic War, which are described in the film, about the feat of the multinational Soviet people, who brought the Great Day – May 9.
