Presentation of the exhibition «Feats and Fates of Partisans in Documents» in the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus

On April 15, 2025, the traveling exhibition «Feats and Fates of Partisans in Documents» was presented in the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus. This is a joint project of the Publishing House «SB. Belarus Segodnya» and the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter – NARB), with the participation of the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents. The project tells the history of the partisan struggle through the prism of the biographies of its participants.

The exhibition was presented by the Director General – Editor-in-Chief of «SB. Belarus Segodnya», member of the Council of the Republic D.A. Zhuk and the Director of the NARB A.K. Demyanyuk. They spoke about the work on the Internet portal «Partisans of Belarus» and the tasks that this multimedia project solves. A.K. Demyanyuk also introduced the participants to the traveling exhibition of documents.

The exhibition was visited by the Chairperson of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus N.I. Kochanova. She noted the significant contribution of the Publishing House «SB. Belarus Today» and NARB to the preservation of historical truth and perpetuation of the Memory of the events of the Great Patriotic War.

In turn, the Director of NARB A.K. Demyanyuk presented Natalya Ivanovna with the archive publications from the series «No Statute of Limitations. Belarus» on the history of the genocide of the Belarusian people during the Great Patriotic War.
