The album includes examples of document execution based on unified forms of documents included in the Unified System of Organizational and Administrative Documentation (USORD), approved by the order of the Director of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus dated 28.11.2019 No.41 with amendments introduced by the order of the Director of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus dated 23.06.2020 No.21.

In this edition, examples of document execution and comments to them have been revised in accordance with changes in the legislation in the field of archival affairs and record keeping.
