Training seminar of the State Archives of the Mogilev Region

03/21/2025 for the chairmen of expert commissions and specialists of the documentation support service of the regional and city trade union organizations, which are sources of staffing for the institution «State Archives of the Mogilev Region», leading archivists of the department for the formation of the National Archival Fund and office work of the state archive held a seminar on the topic «Archival legislation of the Republic of Belarus at the present stage (with amendments and additions)», organized on the basis of the Mogilev Regional Association of Trade Unions.

The seminar was held in the format of a «Round Table». This made it possible to build communication in the form of a dialogue and establish closer contact with the participants of the seminar.

Specialists of the state archive covered issues related to office work and the work of archives of organizations. The speakers focused special attention on the preparation and implementation of the transfer of permanent storage cases, the storage periods of which in the organization have expired, to the state archive.

Specialists of the state archive answered questions from representatives of organizations.

The participants’ attention is drawn to the need to subscribe to the industry scientific and practical journal «Archives and Records Management».
