Trade union legal reception at the Institution «Zonal State Archive in Polotsk»

On January 20, 2025, a trade union legal reception was held at the Institution «Zonal State Archive in Polotsk». The chief legal labor inspector of the Vitebsk regional organization of the industry trade union of employees of state and other institutions, Galina Antonovna Zubritskaya, answered citizens’ questions in the presence of the prosecutor of the Polotsk district, Sergei Aleksandrovich Troshko.

During the trade union and legal reception, both individual consultations of citizens and a meeting of the trade union legal inspector with the staff of the institution took place. In the process of legal education in labor collectives, questions were asked about early termination of the contract by agreement of the parties, division of labor leave into parts, benefits when providing labor leave to employees raising two or more children under the age of 16 in the summer and at a time convenient for them.
