On the participation of the Deputy Director of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus in the round table «Genocide: Historical and Legal Assessment»

On December 13, 2024, the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus hosted the international round table «Genocide: Historical and Legal Assessment». The following addressed the forum participants with opening remarks: Director of the Institute of History of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, PhD in History, Associate Professor V.L.Lakiza and Director of the Scientific and Practical Center for Problems of Strengthening Law and Order of the Prosecutor General’s Office, PhD in Law I.A.Moroz.

The Deputy Director of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus, PhD in History S.V.Kulinok made a report on the topic «The System of Police Management Bodies in the General District «Belarus». He spoke about the formation of the police management system, the participation of Nazi police units in genocidal practices against the civilian population of Belarus.
