On the events of the institution «Zonal State Archives in Polotsk» for students of the educational institution «Polotsk State College of Economics» within the framework of the republican action «Archives for School»

As part of the republican action «Archives for School» on September 22, 2024, the guests of the institution «Zonal State Archives in Polotsk» were 2nd-year students of the specialty «Jurisprudence» of the educational institution «Polotsk State College of Economics».

Head of the Department of Formation of the NAF Irina Alekseevna Mazepina held a training seminar-workshop for future lawyers on the topic «Fundamentals of Office Work», which considered the main regulatory legal acts in the field of archival affairs and office work. Particular attention was paid to the changes made to the instructions on office work in government agencies and other organizations.

Head of the Department of Use and Publication of Documents Dichkevich Marina Mikhailovna held an information hour dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the Republic of Belarus from the Nazi invaders. Students learned about documents from the period of the Great Patriotic War and their storage locations, got acquainted with the activities of the Polotsk Regional Commission for Assistance in the Work of the Extraordinary State Commission for the Investigation and Establishment of the Atrocities of the Nazi Invaders and Their Accomplices.

As part of the project «Open Film Archive. We Brought This Day Closer as We Could» a video clip of the BGAKFFD «On the 80th Anniversary of the Liberation of the Vitebsk Region from the Nazi Invaders» was shown.

At the end of the event, a tour of the institution was organized for students.
