Conducting a lesson within the framework of the project «Young Archivist» in the State Educational Institution «Gymnasium No.1 of Dzerzhinsk»

On October 31, 2024, another lesson of the «Young Archivist» club was held for students of grade 6 «B» of the State Educational Institution «Gymnasium No.1 of Dzerzhinsk». Deputy Head of the Department of Use of Documents and Information Mikhail Vladimirovich Garelik spoke to the students.

The participants of the club got acquainted with the main areas of activity of the archive departments, they were shown albums of the use fund, media of audiovisual documents.

On the eve of the anniversary of the October Revolution, the students were told about its causes, scale and features on the territory of Belarus, and were shown photo and film newsreels from the funds of the BGAKFFD.
