BGAMLI expresses gratitude to BGANTD for organizing a joint excursion to the Mine Action Center of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus and the Trostenets Memorial Complex

On October 24, 2024, employees of the Belarusian State Archive-Museum of Literature and Art, at the invitation of the Director of the Belarusian State Archive of Scientific and Technical Documentation, retired Colonel A.P.Kurakov, together with employees of his archive, visited the Mine Action Center of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus (located on the territory of the 2nd Order of the Red Star Engineering Brigade in Sosny) and the Trostenets Memorial Complex.

During the excursion, visitors got acquainted with the training and work of Belarusian sappers, types of explosives and methods of counteracting them, including seeing the process of training a group of sappers with a dog.

Then one of the servicemen of the Center conducted a sightseeing tour of the Trostenets Memorial Complex.
