Opening of the exhibition «Every step would be for my father…»
For Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, the Belarusian State Archives-Museum of Literature and Art (hereinafter referred to as BSAMLI) presented the exhibition «Every step would be for my father…». The official opening of the exhibition took place on October 14, 2024, at the premises of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus.
The event was attended by employees of the Central Office of the Ministry and the Department of Archives and Records Management. The head of the ideological support department of the personnel policy and ideological support department of the Ministry of Justice, Mikhail Nikolaevich Skomoroschenko, addressed the audience with a welcoming speech and congratulations on the occasion of the holiday.
The director of BSAMLI, Elena Aleksandrovna Makarenko, told her colleagues about the work of the archive-museum, the composition of the funds and the most significant achievements of archivists in the field of collecting and storing documents on the history of literature and art of Belarus. The curator of the exhibition, leading archivist Natalia Aleksandrovna Mizon spoke about the idea of the exhibition «Every step would be for my father…» and commented on the documents presented at the exhibition.
