Fruitful cooperation between the Belarusian State Archives-Museum of Literature and Art and the Yanka Kupala State Literary Museum

On October 14, 2024, a letter of gratitude from the director of the Yanka Kupala Literary Museum Anna Vasilyevna Galinskaya was sent to the director of the Belarusian State Archives-Museum of Literature and Art Elena Aleksandrovna Makarenko. «The Belarusian State Museum of Literature and Art is our ally, assistant and advisor, supporting museum projects with unique primary sources», the letter says. «We highly appreciate the contribution of archivists to the preservation and popularization of our cultural heritage».

Maintaining close ties with other archival and museum institutions is an important part of the activities of the Belarusian State Archives-Museum of Literature and Art (hereinafter referred to as the BGAMLI). It is aimed at improving the preservation of socio-cultural heritage, familiarizing the public with it and developing scientific research. One of our regular partners, cooperation with which brings invariable pleasure, is the Yanka Kupala State Literary Museum. It is even more pleasant when our partner also notes the importance of working together. In turn, the BGAMLI employees hope to continue fruitful cooperation and obtain positive results from it.
