Ceremonial meeting of the staff at the Zonal State Archive in Novogrudok

On the eve of the professional holiday – Archivist Day – a ceremonial meeting of the staff was held at the institution «Zonal State Archive in Novogrudok». The director of the state archive A.S.Zabelinskaya addressed those present with congratulatory words, emphasizing the importance of the archivist profession in preserving and enhancing the documentary, cultural and historical heritage of the region, focusing on the high results of the employees’ work and their achievements.

This year, the staff of the state archive was replenished with a young specialist – the first job in the office work and formation of the NAF was received by Lebetskaya Alina Vladimirovna, who also accepted warm congratulations and wishes from colleagues on this day.

The best employee of 2024 – Gritskevich Lyudmila Petrovna, archivist of the 1st qualification category of the department of ensuring the safety, accounting and use of documents – was included on the Honor Board of the state archive. The gratitude of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus was awarded to Natalya Anatolyevna Pisaruk, Head of the Department for Preservation, Accounting and Use of Documents.

During the event, the staff was presented with a stand exhibition «Archivist’s Day-2024: Our Weekdays and Holidays», the photo documents of which captured the most vivid and memorable moments of archival life.
