Working visit of the Director of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus O.L. Voinov to the institution «State Archives of the Grodno Region»

On September 25, 2024, a working visit of the Director of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus O.L.Voinov to the State Archives of the Grodno Region took place.

O.L.Voinov got acquainted with the material and technical base of the archive, the process of digitizing archival documents, as well as with the features of organizing the reception of citizens; visited the reading room, archival storage facilities and the laboratory for restoration, repair and binding of documents. During the visit, the prospects for the development of the archive were discussed, tasks for the near future were identified.
