On September 12, 2024, employees of the State Archives of the Vitebsk Region, together with employees of the Main Department of Justice of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, attended the premiere of the film «Cultural Code».

Before the start of the session, the head of the Main Department of Justice, Sergei Petrovich Konopelko, spoke about the film, about state symbols, drew attention to the fact that the State Flag of the Republic of Belarus is decorated with the «Rising Sun» ornament created by Matryona Markevich, a native of the Vitebsk region.

After the session, an exchange of impressions about the film took place.
