Employees of the State Archive of the Vitebsk Region, as part of the delegation of the Vitebsk Region, took part in the Military Parade dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus from the Nazi invaders, held in Minsk on Independence Day

On July 3, 2024, on Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus, a Military Parade dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus from the Nazi invaders was held in the capital of the republic, Minsk.

«By celebrating Independence Day on July 3, we pay our debt to the memory of Soviet soldiers who fought to the death in the Brest Fortress, near Minsk and Mogilev, Polotsk and Gomel, Orsha and Bykhov. At other countless large and small milestones», said the President of the Republic of Belarus A.G.Lukashenko.

A delegation from the Vitebsk region was invited and took part in the Military Parade. Among the delegates were employees of the State Archive of the Vitebsk Region – T.V.Buevich and E.M.Bondareva.
