Ceremonial meeting of employees of the Belarusian Research Center for Electronic Documentation

On July 2, 2024, a solemn meeting was held at the Belarusian Research Center for Electronic Documentation dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus and the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus from the Nazi invaders.

Opening the meeting, the director of the Center, Denis Valentinovich Shabrov, congratulated the employees on the upcoming holiday, wished everyone good health, peaceful skies above their heads, prosperity and mutual understanding in families, as well as success in their work for the benefit of their native Belarus.

Confidence was expressed that the majority of our Center’s employees will take an active part in the festive events planned for July 3 by the republican and city government bodies.

One of the central moments of the ceremonial meeting was the congratulations of the veterans of our team on entering their names in the Book of Honor of the enterprise.

For many years of highly professional work and great personal contribution to the formation and development of BelNITSED in the Book of Honor of the enterprise were entered:

1. Deputy Director for Scientific Work Lyubov Nikolaevna Signevich (entry in CP under No. 3).

2. Chief accountant Tatyana Vladimirovna Ezhova (entry in KP under No. 4).

3. Head of the Department of Automation of Archive Technologies Anna Vladimirovna Surkova (entry in CP under No. 5).

4. Senior Researcher of the Department of Electronic Document Management Methodology Galina Aleksandrovna Kokhanova (entry in CP under No. 6).

All those awarded inclusion in the Book of Honor of BelNITsED were awarded corresponding certificates.

Unfortunately, due to the holiday season, only Tatyana Vladimirovna Ezhova and Anna Vladimirovna Surkova were able to attend the meeting. In addition to certificates, they were presented with huge bouquets of delicate cream roses.

Our veterans were warmly congratulated by the director of the Center Denis Valentinovich Shabrov, as well as all members of the workforce.

As you know, on July 2, 2024, a solemn meeting was held at BelNITsED dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus and the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus from the Nazi invaders, at which the Director’s Order was announced to include four especially honored employees of the Center in the Book of Honor.

Unfortunately, due to the holiday season, Deputy Director for Research Lyubov Nikolaevna Signevich and Galina Aleksandrovna Kokhanova, senior researcher at the Department of Electronic Document Management Methodology, were unable to attend the meeting.

On July 10, the ceremonial meeting was continued, and the director of the Center, Denis Valentinovich Shabrov, presented Lyubov Nikolaevna and Galina Aleksandrovna with certificates for entering their names in the Center’s Book of Honor, as well as bouquets of wonderful roses.

On this occasion, all employees of the Center were once again given the opportunity to sit at a sweet table.
