Methodological work of the Zonal State Archive in Rechitsa in organizations of the Rechitsa region

On June 12, 2024, the head of the department of work with archives of organizations, acquisition and office work Irina Komar and leading archivist Galina Zhandarova visited OJSC «Rechitsadrev» and the State Institution «Educational and Methodological Office of the Rechitsa District» in order to study the state of office work in the source organizations of the Rechitsa State Archive and the provision of necessary methodological assistance.

During the visit, archive employees familiarized themselves with the conditions for storing documents and maintaining records in organizations. All questions were answered comprehensively and appropriate recommendations were given.
