On March 26, 2024, within the framework of the republican action «Archives-School» and the pilot project «Young Archivist», the Belarusian State Archive of Scientific and Technical Documentation conducted a sightseeing tour for students of «Secondary School No.104 named after R.N.Machulskyi, Minsk»

The tour of the Belarusian State Archive of Scientific and Technical Documentation was conducted by Nikita Andreevich Gornostaev, archivist of the Department of Information and Document Use. As part of it, schoolchildren got acquainted with the history of the archive, its building, structure and direction of activity.

The students also got acquainted with the documents of the personal funds of Honored Worker of Arts and Architecture of the BSSR Iosif Grigorievich Langbard and Honored Architect of the BSSR Sergey Stepanovich Musinsky. The design of the building of the «Belarusian State Circus», completed in 1954, was of particular interest to the students.

At the end of the tour, the archive staff presented a video lesson of the BGANTD on the topic «Creation of digital copies of the fund of use of scientific and technical documentation».
