BSAMLA workers at a festive event at the Yanka Kupala Museum

On March 6, 2024, employees of the Belarusian State Archive-Museum of Literature and Art attended the event «Gaspadynya Kupalavoga at Home», dedicated to the poet’s wife Vladislava Frantsevna Lutsevich, the creator and first director of the Yanka Kupala Museum.

Archivists got acquainted with documents from the museum’s collections, telling about the life of V.F. Lutsevich and the creation of the poet’s museum. In the prism of the documents presented at the exhibition, Vladislava Frantsevna appears in many roles: muse, mistress of the house, collector of artifacts and memories, teacher, museum worker and cultural figure.
