On the presentation of the Certificate of establishment of the primary organization of the NGO «Belarusian Republican Youth Union» in the institution «Belarusian State Archive of Scientific and Technical Documentation»
On February 9, 2024, an event was held at the Belarusian State Archive of Scientific and Technical Documentation dedicated to the presentation of the Certificate of establishment of the primary organization of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union.
The public association «Belarusian Republican Youth Union» is the legal successor of the Komsomol of Belarus, the Youth Union of Belarus, the Belarusian Patriotic Youth Union, and the Belarusian Youth Union. The decision to create it was made on September 6, 2002 at the unification congress. A member of the NGO «Belarusian Republican Youth Union» can be any citizen of the Republic of Belarus, a stateless person, as well as foreign citizens permanently residing in the Republic of Belarus, aged 14 to 31 years, who recognize the Charter and program documents of the NGO «Belarusian Republican Youth Union«.
The goal of the NGO «Belarusian Republican Youth Union» is to create conditions for the comprehensive development of youth, to reveal their creative potential, to promote the development in the Republic of Belarus of a civil society based on patriotic, spiritual and moral values.
At the event, Deputy Director of the «Belarusian State Archive of Scientific and Technical Documentation» Yu.A.Naturyev made a congratulatory speech, in which he noted the importance of such processes as: the formation of civic position and patriotism among young people, increasing respect for the historical and cultural heritage of the Belarusian people, legal education and development of youth cooperation, support and development of innovative and scientific work.
At the end of the meeting, the secretary of the primary organization of the NGO «Belarusian Republican Youth Union» of the archive, E.V.Shkut, made a report in which she outlined the main goals and objectives of the work of this organization for 2024.
