On October 27, 2023, as part of the «Archives to School» campaign, an excursion was organized for students of Secondary School No. 197 in Minsk at the Belarusian State Archive of Scientific and Technical Documentation.

Archivist of the Department of Information and Document Use Gornostaev N.A. gave a tour of the archive and spoke about the history and structure of the Belarusian State Archive of Scientific and Technical Documentation. The excursion provided students with a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the history and culture of the Uruchye region, as well as get acquainted with the permanent exhibition «Belarusian Architecture in Faces».

All excursion participants expressed gratitude to Nikita Andreevich and the archive staff for an informative and exciting event. The excursion to the Belarusian State Archive of Scientific and Technical Documentation left an unforgettable impression and allowed students to better understand the history of their region. This event became a valuable contribution to the education and patriotic upbringing of the younger generation.
